Home Visits

If you are not well enough to come to the Health Centre, telephone us on 01628 524646 so that we can advise you or arrange a home visit. Please telephone before 10.30 am if possible, to help the doctors plan their rounds. Please do come to the surgery whenever possible, we do try to reserve home visits for patients who are either genuinely too ill to come to the surgery or housebound.

Advice from Doctors

Take advantage of the opportunity to hold a brief telephone conversation with your doctor between the hours of
11.30 am to 12.30 pm or 6.00 to 6.30 pm on normal working days. This will often avoid a visit to the surgery and save time for both your doctor and yourself. These are also the best times of the day to phone to discuss Test results. The doctor will also telephone you if this is more convenient.

Out of Hours

When the surgery is closed, please call 01628 524646, and you will be automatically re-directed to the Out of Hours Service. If you need urgent advice, a doctor is always 'on call' out of surgery hours, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 am, Monday to Friday and all weekend.
