Repeat
Prescriptions
Patients
having regular medication will be given a computerised repeat prescription
sheet attached to the actual prescription. This should be carried with
you so that any doctor attending can quickly see what medication you
are taking. Please use the sheet to obtain another prescription by either
handing it in or sending it to the Medical Centre, allowing a minimum
of 48 hours for the prescription to be processed. Instructions are on
the sheet.
At
the bottom of the repeat slip is a review date. This is an approximate
date when you should see your doctor to have your medication reviewed.
Please make an appointment.
If
you are elderly or disabled you can telephone for a repeat prescription
on 01628 524646.
Please note
that prescriptions are delivered automatically to Brunsden's Chemist,
unless you request otherwise. Please write 'Collect from Medical Centre'
on the form.
