TEXT REMINDER SERVICE FOR APPOINTMENTS
This service went live on 20/12/16 Please click on the link below for more details
What can I access online?
Patients can create an account with a website called patient access, which is a site created by our software provider to allow patients access to parts of our clinical software system. Patients can use this account to order repeat medication, book and cancel appointments online and in most cases see their Summary Care Record. If you would like to create an account the please visit our Prescriptions page.
Please note from the end of March 2016 patients can request access to parts of their detailed coded record - such as lab results, lists of consultations, problems/diagnosis and Immunisation history.
Please note - although this service is now active, individual access is not automatically available, so even if you already have online access for appointments and/or prescriptions, you will need to visit the surgery and provide proof of identification to request this additional level of access. This is for information security reasons.
Text reminders - COMING SOON - Late Dec 2016 or early January 2017 to be confirmed
Other surgeries send me a text message with a reminder of my appointment, do you do that at this surgery?
Currently, we do not offer this service, however, within the Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead CCG area, there are local discussions about making this service available across all surgeries. Please keep checking our website and the newsletter for any updates.
